Thanks for sharing this visual example and commentary, Brenda. In brief, I find that letting threads unfurl and often winding from last to come off ball can help alleviate some of the twist challenges. Knowing which applications better host each twist is very helpful. I missed the discussion here as I was hosting 2K people on a lace knit along and had some serious health crises with self and family at the time.
