[lace] bobbin makers

Does anyone know if Matt and Jenny Hester are still making bobbins?  If 
so, who carries their bobbins?

I have noticed that so many of the very talented bobbin makers have been 
retiring, and it seems that there are not many "new" ones replacing them!
