There is a book entitled RUSSIAN BOBBIN LACE, published by Aurora Art
Publishers, Leningrad, 1986. No author is specifically listed by the back of
the title page says: Introduction and selection Vlaeria Faleyeva, Translation
from the Russian Anna Staros. It is probably not in print (I haven't checked)
but you may be able to find it used.

It is about 25% 20th century Russian bobbin lace, the rest historic pieces.
Also there is Davidoff downloadable on the Arizona.edu old weaving books
website. I have heard criticism that Davidoff makes up some of the history,
but I do remember finding the photographs very interesting and valuable. I
don't remember glaring errors in dating, but it's been 20 years since I saw a
copy of the book and my memory could be off.
