[lace] bobbin winders

A number of us in Britain have made one  from the little battery-driven 
fans.  The method was in Lace about 20 years ago. Needs one fan, a 
Guttermann empty bobbin and 2 AA batteries.
Sheila in Sawbo' which is now dull, awaiting the rian.
