At the beginning of July, our ISP attempted to implement an upgrade to
the email platform - this has gone seriously wrong and our messages have
been delayed.  Many have yet to arrive and I understand several of you
have had their emails returned as undeliverable.

We hope that this will be resolved soon, but wish to apologise to all of
you who have been awaiting a reply from us.

Our outgoing messages are apparently ok

Meantime, we can be contacted by fax, phone or letter.
