Dear Francis - were you just looking for "plain" yogurt? It's readily available and I like it too.

I do my own baking, but when I have been served commercially baked goods, I have noticed lately that many things are underbaked - I'll bet they have discovered that that's one way of giving the sense of moistness that's cheaper than using more of the good and more expensive ingredients. As for cookies - in my recipe repertoire I have both moist and chewy and also crispy cookies.

I live in the suburbs of New York City and seldom travel in, but when I do, I have been pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly the people are.

Hope you come again!

Regina
