Dear Arachnids I am now scanning and saving my slides and my thanks to all who have hepled me. However, I have another problem. One of the original replies advised me how to enhance the slides so I purchased Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 so that I could bring up the midtones (useful advice, thank you). I like to write leaflets and send them to my lace friends as Christmas cards and tried using the program to crop one of the pictures using the magic wand - only I cannot remove the background, I cannot find the floating tool bar with the apply button - . I must be missing a stage. Can anyone help please.
