I had a bit of fun with some little lace projects over the weekend. These first two I drew up and laced it from the drawing. I am trying my hand at designing. It is a lobed leaf shape using CS and WS passes. I used Lime Sherbert and Chocolate Blendables Sulky cotton thread size 30wt. I really am having fun with this thread and color!

I got inspiration to draw up a gecko and lace it up using the same threads. I used WS with 3 pairs of Chocolate to create the stripe texture with CS on either side and 4 about the pin edge. He turned out cute, if I do say so myself ;) I wonder if there are other gecko patterns out there? http://www.tat-man.net/bobbinburg/Blpatterns/gecko2.jpg I do plan on diagramming these and offering the patterns on my website. Be looking for them!!! Also I have my original blog(with some added features) that is associated with my website for those that need to update their links: http://tat-man.net/blog Thanks for letting me share :) -- Mark, aka Tatman website: http://www.tat-man.net blog: http://tat-man.net/blog Tatman¹s Online Shop: http://tatman.etsy.com email: [email protected] - To unsubscribe send email to [email protected] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [email protected].
