"...(bobbin lace project) going to a demonstration...I lifted it out....(it) caught the leading edge of the pillow on the closed tail gate. Over it went, - upside down on the dirty road...had Not pinned down the bobbins, had I?!!!..." Liz
Reminds me of stories of women who knit in their car or are coming from an event; get out discovering that the ball escaped, and they have to retrace their route to re-collect their yarn. Or some who have had the ball roll to the back of the city bus, and people can't understand why you don't want to cut/break yarn of your elaborate wedding ring shawl, so each row has to pass the ball back up beneath the seats to it's owner. Oh what a tangled web we weave! LOL Best,Susan Reishus - To unsubscribe send email to [email protected] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [email protected]. For help, write to [email protected]
