Yes I do, where you do a half reef knot with two threads, put one down and pick up the next all the way across, then return reversing both the direction of the knot (as in right over left or left over right) and the bobbin put down. I'm not going to tell you yet what name I give it, but either not everyone uses the same name as I do, or some teachers show the student how to do it without giving it a name at all, as the name I use and which my students would understand is not universally recognised.
