Eve Morton (current chair of Poole Bobbin Lace Circle and a member of
Arachne) designed some lovely bangles for a Christmas workshop. Each year
PBLC raises money, through various activities such as certain workshops,
through raffles and a sales table at meetings, for a specific local
charity - a different one chosen each year. Those of us who did not attend
the workshop had the opportunity to buy them at meetings to add to the total
for the charity. They are now available for download on the PBLC web site -
all six bangles for a donation of GBP 2.00 (via Paypal) to the current
charity - Mosaic, Dorset, which offers support for bereaved children, young
people and their families.
