I'm not on the committee, so I can't answer the questions raised.I've asked 
Eve to post with answers.

She's too modest to blow her own trumpet, that's why I posted here. She does 
a lot of designing, organising and other work for PBLC - doesn't ever seem 
to anything less than 100%. Besides which she's not a bad lacemaker :-D
