Dear spiders, I've fallen behind in my Arachne list reading because of some nonsense at work. I've started sending out off-list reminders to trim postings on the list.
And to everyone else .... Please try to trim your post so that when you send it to the list, the footer and irrelevant bits don't appear. Majordomo will add a footer when the message gets sent out. If you don't trim your posting, you'll end up with two footers. I turn a blind eye to the occasional message with two footers, but if you start doing it regularly or if you start posting (gasp) three-footer messages, you're likely to hear from me! So please, before you hit "Send," give your message a quick read-through and delete all the irrelevant bits.
