Sue I looked at your collection of Christmas decorations -- very nice. If your concern is that the braid/plait which serves as a hanger tends to curl up -- braids do that when they get very long. But they do make a very neat, clean hanging method. I think you are right that the weight of the ornament itself will make the braid untwist and lie flat. Lorelei
