I certainly don't begrudge those out of the UK any shortfall in postage costs. As you say Sr. Claire you don't receive all the benefits that UK members have available to them.
What is interesting to me is how it shows up the standard (or lack of it) of our postal system at times. Whenever it arrives I shall enjoy reading it.
