I'm starting some posts on LaceNews about collecting commerative medallions 
and currencies with images of lace and lacemakers. Just put up a piece on 
the French Billets de Nécessité.
Please also note the UNESCO addition of Alencon lace to its Representative 
List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity on November 16th. That 
is the inspiration for this month's featured lace piece.
