Hi Fellow Spiders, Here in West Virginia anything made with slats that are close together but that still have spaces between them are called Jenny Linds. Think wooden outhouses or poorly constructed houses without insulation. Also bed headboards and baby beds too. Something like this: I I I I Never heard it in the lace bobbin context!
