I expect to see everyone with lace on their nails next convention.

<How do I dress up my manicure?
Add texture to your summer manicure for some added glam. Rach's buddy Gretta
Monahan shows you how.
Step 1: Cut out pieces of fine lace (or a paper doily with a lacelike pattern)
to fit the shape of each individual nail.
Step 2: Paint on the first coat of polish. While nails are still wet, lay the
pieces of precut fabric over the top of each one. Dab it slightly with a cotton
swab or the tip of your finger to help it adhere.
Step 3: When nails have dried (give them about a minute or two), paint an
additional coat over the lace. Seal the textured design with a final layer of
clear top coat.
