I "think" I have only seen one before and that was, in my mind pretty 
certainly ivory.

I have seen a few around on the net from time to time. Did I see 150 pairs 
mentioned?

It has been suggested to me that there must be a catalogue of the exhibits 
at the Exhibition.  Anyone have that sort of contact?
