Oh good question, Jeri! My wish is for a book teaching one to design lace in the style of Old Flanders or early Binche. There are a few about modern lace design or torcon-type, but I'd like to see one specifically take on the questions of taking pairs from a ground into and out of motifs, and the thread paths in motifs to make them full. Probably a book on designing floral Bucks would address the same questions and could be extrapolated to the floral designs in old Flanders or early Binche, but I don't know of one for floral Bucks either.
