Just to add something else to the mix. For my bobbin lace I print my pattern on thin card then laminate using a matt laminator pouch. I like this as I don't get any residual stickiness on the pins that I have sometimes found with blue tacky, also, it is firm enough to reuse several times without disintegrating too. I am wondering whether laminating paper might have the right properties for needlelace.
I am fortunate enough to have quite a sizeable amount of Architect's linen. I have thought about putting some on ebay to sell but am really not sure what sort of price I should charge. Any thoughts?
