Hello All! So sorry to hear that a venue for the traveling poppy event has been cancelled. I would note that the 5th International Embroidery Conference will be held in Naples, Fla in Sept 2011 in conjunction with EGA (Embroiderers' Guild) national seminar. Does anyone know if the exhibit could be redirected/rehosted, especially since interpretation of the poppy form is not restricted to bobbin lace, i.e. threaded needle techniques like stumpwork & needlelace are included?
