Yesterday I bought the Spring/Summer 2011 issue of "Designer Knitting".
On page 4 is written "The two key words for this season are WHITE in its
various shades
and LACE, from superfine to chunky."
But what caught my attention was the page of Yarn Bowls on page 11.
The odd one out is the 10th bowl which is tallish & made from maple wood
with a hole in the side
connected to the rim with a split.

Now I have another use for my pottery salt caddy which has a hole in the
top.
