Spiders, I just got home from spending another fab week at Sweet Briar (near Lynchburg, VA) making lace. For those of you who have not had the opportunity to attend I must say that it is a beautiful location and a beautifully run event. I had a great time making lace, eating the good food, making new friends and catching up with old ones. It is such a treat to be able to spend the entire week thinking and talking about nothing but lace.
I would guess that about 40 people attended. Classes were taught by Anny Noben-Slegers, Susie Johnson and Bobbi Donnelly. Vending was by Susen Wenzel and Richard Worthen. It was such a blast that I am already looking forward to going again next year.
