Haven't yet found the one on e-bay. I have 8 of his, 6 with hands, 1 bell and a mammoth/ivory which is smaller than the others in length. They have blue/red dots and rings and one is decorated with musical 'clefs'.

I first met David at a Craft Fair held in Sawbridgeworth in the early 1980s and he then came to one of Sawbridgeworth Lacemakers Lace Day. He lived in Westcliff-on-Sea , Essex, which is on the Thames estuary. Uunfortunately he had a massive heart attack fairly soon after he started to make bobbins and died. Could other arachneans write in and say which ones they are lucky enough to have.

Sheila in Sawbridgeworth where it has at last stopped raining until tomorrow and the sun is pouring in.
