One thing I'd suggest to counteract the effects of leaning forward would be to try and keep your tailbone tucked to neutral ( your pelvis is level rather than tilted) And to stretch your spine gently in the other direction, by rotating your shoulders down and back, and arching starting with the lower back and progressively moving up the spine to deepen the bend The key is GENTLY, do not go far enough to feel any pain, only a mild stretch (think stretching out after waking up in the morning) we're not attempting to increase flexibility here, just to realign and counteract the forward bending
Hope that is of use to someone Lora. In south Ayrshire scotland, where it's both rainy and warm - To unsubscribe send email to [email protected] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [email protected]. For help, write to [email protected]. Photo site: http://community.webshots.com/user/arachne2003
