I am one of the fortunate people that has no problem with weight, but I
need exercise to keep my back strong..
So I work out in a fitness about 10 hours a week, plus 2 hours of
swimming, on the other hand I have a needle lace project on which I work
about 4 hours a day, so you can say that I work as much on my body than
on my lace :).
