I am one of the fortunate people that has no problem with weight, but I need exercise to keep my back strong.. So I work out in a fitness about 10 hours a week, plus 2 hours of swimming, on the other hand I have a needle lace project on which I work about 4 hours a day, so you can say that I work as much on my body than on my lace :). - To unsubscribe send email to [email protected] containing the line: unsubscribe lace [email protected].
