I Googled Kingston Bagpuize and found that ii is K. B with Soutworth, a village around 6 miles west of Abingdon in Oxfordshire, formerly Berkshire. Longworth is about 1 mile north of B.P. There is a great deal of information about the village on more than one site but I haven't read them through. One site does give the possibility of searching the site but 'bobbin lace' brings up no results.
