Aw, Angela, ask a hard question. This one is a no-brainer. We are a group of adults, having a civilized discussion concerning an art form/craft. One keeps such things on an even plane, even a lofty one. Personal attacks, even characterizations of groups in a pejorative fashion have no place in such a discussion. We are talking about people, and all have value and merit, even the ones who drive us nuts. Venting in writing needs to be edited by the writer.
