That pattern with very fully pin by pin instructions was by Sylvia Hornsby.
They still have a reprint on their web site, but, as far as I can see, it
now only comes as part of a beginners kit:
24 ready spangled plastic bobbins.
1 Pack of stainless steel lace pins.
1 Aluminium handle with needle for use as pricker.
1 Piece of pricking card.
1 ball of DMC Special Dentelles thread.
Instructions to make 'Spider and Fan' lace bookmark.
They used to just sell the reprint of the article - I haven't searched their
site to see if they still do.
