Having had three summer vacation jobs in two different factories, I don't
have that fascination! Though maybe a lace factory would be more appealing!
And at least cleaner!
Cadbury's was a good place to work, apart from my job of shrink-wrapping
boxes of tea-bags. When I came home and had a bath the water was brown! The
toy factory (year 1) was less good. To get off their (low) minimum wage you
had to reach a daily & weekly quota of boxes filled. If you came near to
that number, and your hands got used to that job, they moved you to another
toy to pack so you had to learn a different skill set (and thus were slow
again).

I'd love to see it because I find
factories fascinating. A lace factory is chocolate frosting on the cake.
