Hello All! Robin--I agree that the dimensional aspects of the Roumanian cord distinguish it from Battenburg tape. And I agree that it may be purchased, however, I believe it to be hand made. So I CAN make it but doubt very much if I could make Battenburg tape. I'm still thinking they should be grouped together because of the similarity of filling stitches but I too will wait to hear from the experts!
