I have a couple of pieces of polystyrene foam that was used as packing for something many years ago, and as they are about the size of bricks, I put the 2 together, tucked them into a plastic bag, and they are lightweight to take out when demonstrating etc, for a foot stool. I agree with Lyn that it helps with back strain!
I use a home-made table for my pillow at home, but have an Aussie folding stand to take out and about. - a similar one to Helen's, I expect!! Adjustable height is the main thing, as chairs vary in height, and your pillow needs to be at a comfortable height to work well. That is Very good news about Betty Ann Rice. I met her at the Denver convention in 2005. We were at the same table for the Arachne Lunch. I am glad she is progressing well. Regards from Liz in Melbourne, Oz.
