Hello All!  Thank you Brenda!  Love the stairs--they look like iron work to me 
but who cares!?!  For Mark--the easy way to learn Mirecourt is to attend a 
class with Deborah Beever.  Mirecourt is a very pretty lace with a special type 
of "gimp"--except that it's not called gimp.  You would ask--"cord" I think but 
I'm not sure & don't have time to dig out my notes!  Anyway, the stuff looks 
like cotton & is wrapped around a core.  It looks very much like the new DMC 
memory cord except that it's limp rather than wired.  The main distinction is 
that the weaver makes a stitch going thru the cord, but the cord is simply 
passed on the return.  It is my understanding the lace is mostly florals.
