Despite the very helpful copy/paste tutorial, I still can't seem to make this function work on my laptop. It's probably operator error yet again, but nothing happens after selecting/clicking Copy from the list that appears. No new box, no new screen, nothing. It is very kind of Lorelei & others to post links but they are out of reach for me & any other technologically challenged Arachnids without the "tiny treatment". Sure, I'm missing out on some stuff--it's not anyone's job to spoon feed--but I do appreciate when the "tinys" are posted. The altar cloth is lovely & certainly a nice follow-up to the recent medallion project on www.needlenthread.com (Mary Corbet's site). Check out her final post (several days ago) where the cinquefoil medallion is appliqued on the chasuble--the fabric is divine! Damask with a crown etc. On the Italian Needlework blog! site there is an older article on goldwork with some ecclesiastical embroidery, one of which is trimmed in gold lace. Have fun.
