It's a stunning outfit - one of her better ones, but I can't make out the lace. I'd say it's quite possibly Irish crochet - given the occasion.
I often wonder who gets these outfits after she's worn them once. Don't think I've ever seen her wear anything a second time. That's exactly my shade of blue - LOL
