Hello all,
I'll venture the suggestion that these are forms to do a different sort of Teneriffe or Sun laces, and that type of lace is still done today in some South American countries.

It is described as : a type of lacemaking made with Thesa Forms, from early last century.

I am interested if this is still a craft that is practised today there are five photographs with the listing.
