I had a job getting in at first, but managed it eventually.
What a jumble. No, I do not like it at all. My photos, or some of them,
are next to each other, but I am sure there are many photos just not there
at all, as there were a lot of non-lace photos to start with, .

Disappointing, as it originally sounded like a good place to transfer to.

Last evening we saw the end part of the English Antiques Road show, and a
lady brought along a framed piece of antique Gros Point. It was a greyish
ecru, (strange colour) mounted on a similar coloured card, and placed in a
gold frame, and supposedly belonging to Mary, Queen of Scots! Well, the guy
examining it knew that it was not as old as that - knew it was more 17th
Century, and Queen Mary was 16th Century. I don't remember hearing him
name it as Gros point, but he remarked on the raised work.

I have no idea how old the programme was - we get them eventually, a bit
late over here, I think!! But it was nice to see a wide edge of lace shown.
Made me sit up and take notice!!!
