I would add to the chart that (using British terminology, as that is what I am most familiar with) the symbol for double treble looks like treble, but with an extra stroke through the stem (rather like an extra twist symbol would in bobbin lace). Similarly triple trebles would have 3 twists.

As to British usage for shells and clusters, I have never known these terms to be standardised, but to vary from pattern to pattern.
