Sue - don't be silly! You've just sent me into a hysterical fit. I have
enough trouble making a leaf-shaped tally (usually comes out more like
string) and am currently struggling with square tallies. So far I've done
over 60 in the current project and their still coming out as variously
shaped blobs - in fact I call them blobs. I just can't do them no matter
what method I try. Fortunately I'm not entering competitions, so they're
just for me and I can put up with them, however they turn out.
The thought of any other tally (especially a round one) makes me want me to
end it all.
