[lace] about lace chat

I am sorry to use this but I need to unsubscribe from lace chat from an old 
email address (have just been laughing my socks off at Malverys shingles 
joke), so I can resubscribe on this current one please and I just cant get 
it right.
I was just looking for the piece that tells me how to unsubscribe or 
subscribe to lace chat and haven't found it, so if someone could point me in 
the right direction I would be very grateful.
