Hello! I am quite certain that the venders and display rooms are open to the public. I'll double check with ladies at guild meeting, but I'm betting the venders want as many shoppers as possible *halo and evil grin*. My guild is helping Beehive with convention - and frankly most are members of both guilds.
FYI: You don't have to be a member of IOLI to attend classes, BUT you will get last pick as members get first dibs on things - so I've been told.
