I checked the Atlantian Order of Precidence, and didn't see anybody with that title and name spelled exactly that way there. However, there was an "Ariane" that had received a court baronetcy in 2003 (I believe).
I have a couple of friends in the Denver area in the SCA who also do bobbin lace. I can ask them about the pattern, if you wish to find out more about it.
