Is the idea to give a complete translation or to give the gist of the page?
The first is difficult without putting the text in the right places, i.e.
the text placed with the pictures. The gist of the page is that they have a
theme; "Lace in lead". Glass in lead is a literal translation of the Dutch
for leaded glass, which they took as their inspiration for their 35th
anniversary theme. Some of the text explains the ideas behind coloured
leaded glass. 'The invisible source of light' 'Stories for illiterate people
in the medieval times' etc. Then there are side lines with glass sculptures
in a garden. A portrait of queen Beatrix in glass and the development of
Tiffany type 3D glass. The blue writing on one of the panes is a poem on de
glass about Home (being there). There is not much explanation about the lace

The page seems to be sharing some info about stained glass and, somewhat
randomly, there are a number of versions of a bobbin lace design. I take it
this comes from some main site, by use of the word kant in the name, that is
lace related, but I am confused as to connection to the stained glass page.
Even if you don't speak German, you may wish to check out the multiple
versions of the tulip design - what a great way to show off different
grounds!
