Elizabeth and all, the photo isn't good enough to enlarge as big as possible to see all those elements for being able to say they are hand- or machine made. But the different things, in my opinion weren't together from beginning on. They look as if they were from different times. That could be a sign that the piece was made in 19th century. Or later and perhaps in Asia.
