After the excitement over the book, "In Fine Style..." last month, I went to Amazon and ordered it (June 22). I was feeling rather smug that the shipping was free!
Today, I got an email from Amazon saying my book had shipped and should arrive by July 16! I'm guessing "free" meant it was on the slow boat! Still, I'm really looking forward to getting it...
