I have just tried using both of their online forms and their email address to request a catalog. The online forms said the message did not go through, and Mailer Demon told me that the email also did not go through.
I hope somebody who is local to them can get word to them that something is wrong with their website and email. Bronwen, who thinks it is way too late to be up -- 2am in the morning. Time for bed.
