To all our relatively new lacemakers:

I want to call attention to all that Jenny Brandis has accomplished since
finding _Lace@Arachne_ (mailto:Lace@Arachne) a few years ago. In the
beginning, she "thought" she was the only beginning lacemaker in her "she
thought" remote part of Western Australia. By writing to us, she was soon put
in touch with other lacemakers quite near to her.

Jenny jumped in with enthusiasm. She became a master at communicating her
progress, and developed a web site where she could share her results. She
volunteered for the swaps we have done at various times (especially
Christmas) - and she put all those on her web site, with patterns when
available.

Jenny continues to delight those of us on Arachne who have been in love
with lace and sharing for many years.

So, if you are new -- please go to her web site and look at her progress.
It will be encouraging to those of you who are just starting your own
personal lace adventures.
