Yes, Clay Blackwell set up the account, and all security messages go to her.
That is why it asks for the name of her youngest son, as well as writing to
her asking her to confirm that she has tried to do this upload and inviting
her to get a security code.
Clay and I are trying to find a way around this, and will let you all know
as soon as it is achieved.
