I received Catherine's book in the mail today, and I agree with Jill, it is fabulous. And yes, I also haven't done needlelace in ages, but have hauled out what I started years ago (I can't even remember when), and am trying to find the patterns I was using, but have only found one so far. And I am looking at it and going huh? What am I supposed to be doing here? I guess I'll have to start with a beginner piece just go get it back into my mind how to do things. But it definitely is very inspiring. And I sure hope other lace books will also be republished. There are quite a few I'd like, but am not about to pay hundreds of dollars for each, I'd rather spend my money on thread or bobbins.
